You can get help with technology by dropping by the Help Desk in Crumb Library. The Technology Help Desk is staffed throughout the day by our tech support specialist, Jim Hubbard, or by one of his student assistants. If that desk is not covered, the librarian at the Research Help Desk may be able to assist you.
Librarians are available at the Research Help Desk during these hours.
Students offering technical assistance are available Monday - Thursday 9 am to 9 pm; Friday 9 am to 4 pm and Sunday 4 pm to 9 pm
The campus' Computer and Technology Services (CTS) Help Desk is located in Stillman Hall and is open during the day, Monday through Friday. CTS supplies computers, printers, scanners and wireless connectivity all over campus and they offer excellent information on their web pages.
Some frequently asked questions we field at our desks include:
- what is my print quota? It is 300 pages per semester and you can read printing poilcies and check your quota here.
- why can't I access W@SP? Check here but you can troubleshoot by moving around - you may be in a dead zone. Report ongoing access issues to the Help Desk so we can follow up with CTS.
- how can I save my work? You have access to networked storage space on the Helios server.
