The Libraries are frequently closed or on reduced hours when classes are not is session. You can check the daily hours for both Crumb and Crane Libraries on the College Libraries home page or follow the hours link under "about us" to display the daily, weekly and monthly hours for the current semester.
The outside book drop for Crumb Library is located in the brick wall facing Satterlee Hall. There is a drop on the plaza level at Crane, just outside the Schuette entrance to the Crane Library.
If you have books out and are not in a position to return them, please contact the Libraries' Circulation Staff preferably by email at email@example.com. You can also leave a phone message at 315-267-2485. When we are closed we continue to send our regular notices for overdue items and eventually bills for outstanding items. These charges will result in a hold on student accounts that will prevent access to view grades, to register for classes and to add/drop classes. Community patrons may lose borrowing privileges. If you receive a notice and cannot return your material or you believe there is an error with your account, please contact the Circulation staff as soon as possible.
If you have placed a request for a loan through our Interlibrary Loan service, please contact the ILL staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or 315-267-2489 to check on the receipt of your material. When the Libraries are closed for an extended period of time, such as between semesters, arrangements can be made to pick up ILL books.
