During summer, the Research Help Desk is not routinely staffed but the librarians are still available to help. Check to see if there is a librarian in the Research Center (office door open). Ask at the Circulation Desk and staff will locate a librarian to assist you. Or, enter a specific question in our Get Help service and we will answer by return email. You can also connect to our chat group - Ask Us 24/7 - and a librarian (not necessarily from SUNY Potsdam) will give you assistance - available to you 24/7.
