When searching Ask Max or BearCat, you will find citations for ebooks with a link to open them. When using Article Linker from a journal article citation, you may get an article link for the full text in another database. Occasionally there are problems with the link and they don't work.
Because there are so many reasons -- it may be a database error or a linking error on our part -- it is helpful if you let us know so that we can try to resolve the problem. You can enter the problem details through this Get Help program or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, once we think we have provided you with the tull text, we don't provide a link to ILLiad for an Interlibrary loan request. In this case, you can open a blank book or article request form in your personal ILLiad account, enter the citaiton information, include an indication in the note field that our link to the full text isn't working and we will process the ILL request.
