About ELD
Empire Library Delivery (ELD, formerly known as LAND) is the preferred shipping method of library materials in ILL.
ELD Manifest
The ELD Manifest is filled out once a day and indicates how many items being sent out to each ELD library. A tally is made for both number of items sent and number of bags sent to each.
The Empire Library Delivery Manifest is filled out once per day. It tallies the outgoing number of ILL items and ELD bags.
